Computer keys: AWSEDFTGYHUJKOLP (orange letters on the piano) · Q chords · R randomize · B arp on/off · M arp ↔ chord · N new groove · Z/X octave · ← → (or [ ]) previous / next patch · Space play / stop the sequencer · hold V for delay throw. On a touchscreen just tap and hold the keys. Dots mark notes in the chosen scale; out-of-scale notes snap down to the nearest scale note when chords are on.
Arp / Groove: Smart plays a generated house/techno groove; Manual is yours: click steps (off → on → accent → ghost), shift-click for octave, right-click for tie length. The row of boxes under the steps picks each step's chord note, or A (auto) to follow Direction and Range, so ALL STEPS ON gives a plain up/down/random arpeggio. Play switches the same rhythm between single notes (Arp) and chord stabs (Chord). Tempo is shared with the delay.
Wheels (left of the keys): Bend springs back, Mod stays put. MIDI: press “Enable MIDI”, then play from a keyboard (notes, pitch bend, mod wheel CC1, sustain pedal CC64). Knobs: CC74 cutoff, CC71 resonance, CC73/75/72 attack/decay/release work out of the box; pick your controller in the MIDI box (Akai, Arturia, Novation, Korg, M-Audio, Native Instruments) for a ready-made layout; for anything else press “MIDI Learn”, click a slider, move a knob.
